Dr. Monfared is a graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons residency program and King’s College School of Medicine, University of London. Dr. Monfared has worked as a physician in a number of renowned hospitals in the US and UK as well as the American Hospital of Paris, France.

She’s a published author and her book “The Slim Clinic” was previously a best seller in the UK and is currently available on Amazon in a number of countries. In the UK she also appeared on TV many times as a medical and weight loss expert and has written extensively for a number of well-known UK women’s magazines.

She served as medical director to eight London clinics and Medical spas— including the Victoria Diet Clinic, the Albany Clinic, and the London Slimming Centre. Her duties at these clinics included the overseeing of aesthetic procedures both invasive and non-invasive as well as medical supervision of long-term weight management, patient education in nutrition and exercise, and on-going psychological counseling and weight monitoring.
