Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds or tanning lotions. This treatment can be combined also with diamond dermabrasion, 7 days prior treatment, stop the use of Retinoids, AHA, benzoyl peroxide. If you have a history of cold sores, there is a risk of reactivation due to treatment.
You can expect to have sunburn-like redness, itching or swelling that can last 2 to 6 hours. Please let us know if you are on any blood thinners. Do not use ice or cold compress. Avoid using active ingredients like AHA, benzoyl Peroxide, tretinoin or Retinol for 24 hours.
